Rema- Death

The management of young enterprising Nigerian artist, Rema has vehemently rubbished viral news making rounds that the artist is DEAD.

Rema’s manager Mr. Sean told the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) that some mischievous hackers were behind the unfortunate broadcast of the news.
“Death is not something one can hide! Some hackers got access to his official account and spread the rumour.
He is hale and healthy, he is fine. We don’t want to blow this out of proportion” he said.

Mr. Sean added that when Rema saw the fake news about his death, it triggered a wild laughter from them.
News emerged on Wikepdia yesterday, Feb. 1 that Rema has passed on in his Lagos apartment.
“Rema (musician) Divine Ikubor (born May 1, 2000), and died on February 1, 2020 at 12:29 a.m known best known as Rema, is a Nigerian singer and rapper. In 2019, he signed a record deal with Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records.“

Earlier dancehall star Timaya used the caption on a recent photo ‘The reason “I’m wininning” is because i’m not competing!!!’. It didn’t take long before Davido raised a comment on Instagram which sounded like a subtle shade thrown back at Timaya. OBO captioned his photo thus; ‘Who Dey follow u do competition?? ODE’.
